Shipping & Handling

Shipping policy:

• Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD! Domestic and international shipping available.

• We will aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for standard deliveries within Canada and the USA, and 7-10 business days for standard international deliveries. Expedited shipping available during checkout.

• Orders can be collected from our store at The Distillery District, Toronto, if 'pick-up' is selected during checkout - usually within 2 days of placing your order. We may be able to offer next day collection, if urgent and requested prior to placing your order. 

Return policy:

• Body piercing jewelry is non-returnable for hygenic purposes

• 14 business days for all other products, dependent on the items being in resellable condition / same condition as it arrived in. 

• We do not offer prepaid return labels
